As a lawyer, I specialize in Migrant Law and Asylum Law. My office is located in Apeldoorn and operates nationwide.

When it comes to the residence of you, your family or your (still) unmarried or unregistered partner in the Netherlands, I will assist you in an expert manner. My support consists of advice, applying for a residence permit, drawing up objections and litigation in appeal.

• I can support you with:
  Applying for, changing and extending your residence permit for marriage, relationship, own (or foster) children, partner (regular and family reunification)
• Application for a residence permit based on Article 8 of the ECHR (family life/private life)
• Family reunification
• Withdrawal of the residence permit
• Visa application or visa extension for a short stay (such as vacation, family visit, business visit)
• Authorization for temporary stay (MVV) and residence permit
• Return-decision
•  Naturalization

For clients with an income that does not entitle them to subsidized legal assistance, a rate will be agreed depending on the nature of the case and your personal circumstances.

I am listed in the register of legal areas of the Bar Association for the legal areas of immigration law and asylum law.

I am a member of the National Working Group Legal Aid to Refugees of the Refugee Work Foundation, connected to ELENA: the European Legal Network on Asylum.
